Can't Vote at all and get Credits. Help.

I posted my problem on General but still didn't got any answer how to fix the problem.

Anyway.. cleaned cookies, reinstalled my browser(chrome), was trying to vote from different browsers (IE & Firefox) but still the same message.

"Your account already voted"

It's already a week that i can't vote at all and i lost a nice amount of credits.

I don't have a shared internet or someone that have the same IP.. I am playing from home. I don't have router or anything that can make the problem.
Even my friend was trying to vote for me from his home and his work.. still the same problem. I have a feeling that it's Vote automatic ?

Please if any one from GamezAion leaders that can help me and check my account
to solve the problem....

how many chars u got in your acc? if u have more than 1.. just vote with other name and u're albe to vote..

same is happening with me.. but i vote with other char name and its ok..
