    i have searched the whole sanctum for the skill of templar "Barricade of Steel" even the philon quest nothing... is it still the quest are bugged?

    none i have searched the two sites. aion.yg.com and aiondatabase.com for some info they are preferring for philon and stigma sellers... drops none of the list
