Launcher Problems

    My friend has a problem ..
    He has windows Vista Business.. And everytime He starts the launcher ..
    He gets an error... I attached a picture

    Some people say you have to download the launcher without the RSS Feed
    I cant find the download link for it...
    Anybody know how to fix this?
