Does Immotial shroud I work anymore?

I have a question. I came back to this server about a week ago after being gone for about a month. Does Immortal Shroud not work anymore? I can't seem to find any posts on it.
Here is what happens

I log in and am surrounded by 6-8 asmos more that you cant see in the clip I took.
I use immortal shroud trying to get away from them.
They keep hitting me for 0 damage but my health keeps falling until I die. Even tho it shows I still have the skill active. I'm not sure if its some bug or a damage hack. If needed I can post the video but rather not accuse anyone with out knowing one way or the other.

Tip: How to punish logouters... Don t run set them an ambush at his/her spawn loc he/she most likely to come back after 5-10 minutes

If he/she has partner kill her partner

Suggestion: I m wondering if the devs can update the client to put a 2 min autoclose timer(or a 4 min overall) unless pass is given on w8ing for password screen. This way it would be impossible for logouters to logout using conect from a 2nd client

Also a stroger afk logout is needed(either not working properly or timer is too long(30 mins afk then autologout is more then enough)

 

a 2 client logouter? not sure what this means... I dont use 2 clients but do dc occasionally due to client crashing.

I know this but when that time runs out don't feel like getting slaughtered. thats why I'm asking about the skill.
