Log-In Issues

Lately, I have had a problem logging in.

It tells me that I am already logged in. It displays this message twice.

It then procedes to tell me: "No game server is available to the authorization server."

I have updated my NCSoft Launcher after it informed me of this, and I have repaired it. The only thing I have yet to do is test another account on it and see if it is just my account that is bugged.

Any suggestions?

 

yeah just make a spam account quickly and test logging in to see if it works probably the easiest choice

did u also reinstall ur gamez launcher after repairing? also make sure the server isnt down when ur trying to login (look for the reboot thread on the forums and such)

i havent seen this happen be4, but a LOT of things got bugged in the last few updates so anything is possible...

 

I did not reinstall my gamez launcher after repairing. I will try this. And yes, the server was up at the time that I was trying. People in vent were harassing me to get on and pvp with them XD

 

Reinstalling Launcher fixed the issue.
