    ..as i have experienced with another aion server dragon deity items can be drop inside fort instances (roah, kysis, etc.) but we've tried checking if those instances do drop any fabled items..sadly havent seen one drop..T_T

    ..and then again,it should drop on fort instances but your faction should own the fort before you can enter the instance and you need a group..
