Problems with SMS donation!!

Hi all, I have a big problem with my donation

I send eight messages at the number indicated, but only get six messages of response, even to send 2 more messages, remains missing 2 and the credit of my cell phone and lost the unanswered messages. How to solve this problem if they do not reply messages?.
