Glitch - Can't attack mobs

Hello,
I started playing Aion yesterday and after a little exploration i got a glitch, can't attack mobs, can't do any skill. I relogged and I was able to kill the mob but not able to loot it, tryed to kill another mob and wow, not able to attack again. I've talked to some players and they told me this was a glitch, can be fixed by relogging BUT i have to relog everytime I kill ONE mob and its getting annoying. Already created another char's and the same thing happen to them.
My main char name is: Coffeebreak, a warrior. I'll be online waiting for an answer, thanks.

The aion doesn't have a tool to repair, like WoW? :c I really have to reinstall the game?

 

nah, u have to go to ur ncsoft thingy , the place where u download ur aion from .

Believe me people, it's not hard to take 1 minute and GET IN THE RIGHT SECTION to post this questions.
