Hey i recently came back to GamezAion but i can't remember my account info! Ive looked everywhere for a reset or recovery but i can't find one anywhere?!?!? can anyone help

You need to update to verison 2.1.0.5, or any 2.1.x.x verison.

Even if he know the character name, Carl can get his ID but does he have something that admit he is the owner of this account? no.
