Missing this

Well i have a question. I have 4 parts of the dragonbound plate set. im only missing the chest!

In lower udas, the final boss wich its supossed to drop the chest, dont drop it. Killed him 8 times even with premium /vip. So, i guess the drop is missing?

1 guy also told me yesterday u can get the chest making a quest "secret of the dragonbound2 but the reward of that quest is just EXP D:

so, im just having bad luck with drops? the name of the quest for the chest is other ?
some 1 plz that can help me ill really apreciate it.

 

Chest is from Debilkarim the Maker? i killed him once,only dropped the necklace
How'd you get the pauldrons though,i though Kingspin is supposed to drop it? Kingspin didnt drop crap for me neither

EDIT : Oh nvm Kingspin drops Leather boots and Chain boots >_>

 

Well, the plate pauldrons are droped from Bergisar, its right next to debilkarim the maker. It droped them for me in the 1st try. Thou that bastard is hard to kill.
And yeah, chest is suposed to be droped by debilkarim the maker, but i kileld him 8 times with premium account and nothng!
just that ****ing necklace and deserters sorcerer legins lol.

i'm just not sure, if the chest is supposed to be dropped or not, because most of the rare items doesn't drop yet.

 

ok i guess ill keep trading. Im just asking coz i saw a guy that was wearing the chest, and he didnt bought from special donation, x-mas shop or anything.
