Max lvl Gear Question

Hi I am fairly new to aion and was wondering if anyone would be able to help. I am wondering how to get mastarius set is it only by donating or is there another way? Also were do you go to get some good weapons? Any help sorry for being such a scrub

 

if youre going to donate dont buy masta set buy abg set its way better than masta . ..^^

medals are obtained through fortress siege u can use medals to buy weapons armors and accessories i eat set cost 202 medals i eat weapons cost 92 i think eat is the strongest armor and weapon medals can buy and they are the third strongest items in gamezaion . . .
