    My Friend having this problem but we triet to repair over NCsoft but no effect could you trie to solve this.TY

    You have to change your Region option to North America. Under File - Settings - Advanced. Then you should see the option to change your Region.

    random bug or error depends how you may call it. you need to set language to english only and NA client then he shouldn't have it again or just keep it as it is and may get it some times during some vidsequences or using teleport or using aether flight

    He alredy have North American Region setted in settings and we now trying to get it work with no ip restrict by Tousen.So TY ALL.

    NO still Same problem he get it every time when he try to launch it ,,,he get it before Aion Logo not NCsoft

    still nothing it happens when he Click Start Game buttotn on launcher..... before Aion Logo
