Why the bug abusser didn't got ban ???

I have a little question about an assasin .. he was using hide bug and i made a thread and posted a video for the GM's to ban him..

And here is a screen which i made it 5-10min ago.. and there is a buy which write in Asmodian Global Chat that an assasin is killing him in hide mode and his name is Assassinjoe..

And i am sure there are a lot of bug abussers which didn't got ban..

And my question is why he didn't got ban ????

Haven't seen the first thread since I'm not online 24/7 ... Anyways as for abusers like this guy we jail them for 2hours first , and if they abuse the bug again , they get permanent ban .

However , if any of you have proves that he abused the bug multiple times already , I can apply a ban right away .
