Need Events more friendly to new players

We need more events which is friendly to newer players.
Majority of the event has been PvP, GvG and RvR...and winners are usually those who already strong/well-equipped/veterans in PvP.
Furthermore, those people win the rewards, which will make them stronger => widen the gaps between veterans and new players.

I am NOT saying "do not give event", NOR I am saying "give us ONLY non-PvP events", I am merely trying to suggest "give more events which can be participate and win by players, non-biased by their in-game resources".

I know this is a PvP server...which is EXACTLY WHY you shouldn't give PvP events that ends up only helping the winner to make the winner stronger in PvP. Because to make PvP an enjoyable PvP, you don't need some minority WTFPWN everyone with their WTFPWN-ing stats/equips.
The wider the gap between old and new players, the less enjoyable the server will be, just like in the real world: you will get problems when the gap between rich and poor gets too widen and often.

You can change the reward of PvP events, so that the reward is more about cosmetic than enpowering pvp abilities; or give more non-PvP events; or a healthy combination of both.

I know it's hard to come up with ideas for event, and I thank you guys for trying to keep the server active/fun with events. I am not trying to complain about or discredit your effort, but just trying to give some food for thought, something to consider for future events.

There are guides go look at them, and player get better as they play and you can vote for your equips or do fortress for gold medal and get a EGT set and weapon to armfuse and you can ask for advice for these "veterans" some will probably give you some advice.

I like the events now because im Old player and its players old like meh that need a change in a usual Aion Day.... new players should have a lot to do to keep themselves busy which is searching for equips.

 

AMs used to do Unscramble the word event and sometimes Quiz events...i think they should do more of those
