VIP ap rate bugged?

    Why do i get so much lower AP when i have VIP than when i have Premium? I killed 4 star officer by myself and get only 18k ap? im at 3 star officer?

    It works fine for me.. getting like 38k AP for killing a Rank 1 Soldier.
