Data.pak problem? Cant buy Red Heliotrope Powder from NPC

I have a problem with buying Red Heliotrope Powder from the NPC in pandaemonium, that stands outside the cooking area. All my legion can buy from him but i cannot. For all of the powders, it says "Sold out" and is in red, but at the same time it says sold out to me my legion can buy it. They told me to search the forums for data.pak - but when i use the search engine and type in data.pak, all i get is item.pak. I can trade untradables because i have installed the item.pak - is there a new item.pak out for 2.1 that i haven't seen? Please could anyone help me. I really need Red Heliotrope Powder to make weapons.

Also, the monsters that are supposed to drop Clouded Execration of Wrath don't drop it. I would assume that would be the same for Maddened Execration of Wrath and Execration of Wrath? If anyone has successfully farmed these ingredients please tell which monster dropped. I use Aiondatabase.com for my information and every monster ive killed that is suppose to drop it doesn't. Is the drop rate extremely low?

Can I please get a link from a AM/GM showing me where to d/l this supposed Data.pak? I really want to buy these powders so I can start crafting weapons.

friend of mine solved that problem by using item.pack for 2.0, and than he can buy powder for crystals, or just simply give money to your legion mates to buy for you

 

Thank you for the data.rar file, I couldnt find this anywhere on the forums - it would be nice if this file and the 2.1 item.pak was included front page of the website with the gamez aion launcher

ok after replacing my data folder with the one you gave me my game wont work at all, it crashes at the screen that is black with the NCSoft logo in the middle

 

did you make a back up of the items you replaced?

 

Yes but everything is still messed up, I'm repairing my client now, hopefully this will work

 

take npcs.pak from that data.rar and put it in data/usa/npcs/ folder and you'll be able to buy those powders.

Thank you everyone for your help, especially Tousen and Asanka - the game works perfect now, I repaired my client, and used the item.pak from this thread (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showt...l-info-about-2.1-patch?highlight=item.pak+2.1) and I took Asanka's advice and used only the npcs.pak from the data.rar (the npcs.pak inside the USA folder) and I can buy the powder now, if anyone has this problem in the future, use the information provided here and your problem will go away, if the AM wants to close this thread, please do so now

try my npcs.pak, extract this to ur aion folder, it will put it in the right place for u (close your game before you do it)

yeap ! using Smartik1 NPCs.pak... i have same problem too before,but Asanka help me,he said the problem is NPC.pak no Item.pak.. and i search to Smartik1 sig.. and GOT it
