    Either the ranks haven't updated, or you don't have enough AP. Not everyone can be a Star officer, only a certain amount.

    It's probably a bug. I highly doubt that there are 1000 players with over 1.2m AP.

    have 1.4 now, dont get me wrong i like being stuck at rank 1. less ap being deducted when someone has killed me. but being star officer is kinda a lot cooler. lol

    Well, the good side of having stuck at rank 1 is you'll just lose 4k max AP unlike those asmo's with higher ranks does.
