Missing Item (I presume)

So, I JUST bought ABG chain boots and the 2k credits disappeared like they are supposed to, but then the "View Player Inventory" function did not show that I had them. Yes, I made sure that there was space in my inventory. Whenever I purchase an item from the item shop, it immediately shows up in the inventory option, but I'm too scared to log in case it tries to give me the item while I'm logged in and I don't get receive the item. I checked my history and it does not say I purchased this item, but my credits were drained. What do I do? HALP! :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

 

nothing can be done i think if u dont have the proof that u ever bought the item

did you login first then quit before you buy?

 

Can't they check credit purchases, see how when it happened, subtract the amount of credits I used to purchase items after that time period, find my remaining credits and see that it doesn't add up and that I am missing 2k?

 

had the same thing happen to me, almost, bought the item, got it and all but it just dissapeared from my inventory outta nowhere, i have proof that i bought it etc etc spammed gm's am's etc and yet they still won't give it back, this is a bunch of bs and these people don't do nothing but rip you off imo

 

I had logged in roughly 10 minutes beforehand.

im lucky non of my items dissapeared but i feel super bad for the people that did

logging has nothing to do with it because i quit aion and bought the item 30 seconds later and it was already in my inventory

 

Do you think it is safe to log in to check if the "View Player Inventory" function is just malfunctioning?

 

What did you buy BEFORE you bought the missing ABG part? There were previous cases before of people losing stuff after buying a 'bugged' item on the Valentines Shop.

Also, if you had donated for the credits, you can file a report with the transaction number to get back your credits

 

u should be happy u didnt loose ur inventory. its a bug with the "Wild Leather Pants and Vest" i lost all my items except 14 items :S

I had bought in this order:
S80 Dynasty Heavy Armor
Archon Brigade Generals Mail
Brigade Generals Chain Pauldrons
Brigade Generals Chain Greaves
Brigade Generals Chain Gloves

If it was just votes, screenshot your Game CP logs as well as your warehouse and the inventory of all your characters and report to a Senior AM

The credits i used were indeed from donating. So..... What do i do now? Who do i talk to?

 

Screenshot your Paypal logs, or just copy/paste the transaction number from when you donated. Then, PM this to Lautaro, Bryne, or Zodake.

 

By PM, what do you mean? In-game or to their forum account?

 

I bought the S80 Heavy Armor hours ago/yesterday.. and there was no problem for me.
