Still no response, tons of new posts in the Official Missing Items thread. Hope it brings it to Carl's attention.

I know it sucks guys but alot of people are having issues so im sure its hard for the gms to try and handle every one at once so just hang in there! im sure they will help sort this out

 

Exactly, a lot of people are having issues. I have posted on the Official Thread long before them, talked to Bryne, he has forwarded it to Carl. Still nothing. Honestly I have been quite patient so far and have only been as polite as possible. The account check would literally take a total of 5 minutes and problem solved. That's all I'm asking, 5 minutes of Carl's time.

 

Still no response, what exactly is required for an item check? A SAM cannot do it why exactly? I understand that Carl is busy, but the Official Missing Items thread is now 5 pages long, no responses from the SAM/Carl. People need to get their items back because honestly is ruins gameplay when the server screws up and makes our valuable items randomly disappear.

Thanks guys, and yeah I'm not sure when they are going to get around to restoring all the people's items that are lost, it is getting a bit ridiculous...

 

It has been nearly 2 weeks now, with no response. Many problems were cleared up in the Official Missing Items thread and nothing was said about my post. Honestly I don't know how much patience is required to just get a simple account check to restore my most valuable items.
