Attention, read this email please

Good morning everyone, my name is Rafael and I live in Brazil Aion game every day, exclusively on GAMEZ AION, and here I am writing to ask that an error occurred. 13/02/2011 Yesterday at about 19h, I was with my points of credits with 1900 points and went to vote today in the morning again and did not have my points, (there were only 300) just disappeared! I wanted to tell you dear friend that I am poor and do not have money to buy the items I need. GAMEZ game in more than one year and made many friends here, issu, do not want to leave that server, plus I wanted to understand my problem. Nobody else has my account of my character. I am asking you to please return my credits because I know that we are passive in the errors so I count on your understanding of all as fast as possible, Thanks!
