Can't log in main character.

    Any GM please help me, i can't log in my character name : Hellorc
    I always get disconect after I selected character and slick Start.
    This is not happen to another account or other character.

    sorry for my poor English, please help me, thanks.

    Maybe your char stucked.Go to website,login and you will see in CP menu option for unstuck.

    I did request for unstuck but still getting same problem.
    I already tried to log in other characters or accounts and all can log in normal.
    Hopefully any GM can help me to log in my character : Hellorc

    any GM please help me, I still can't log in my main character : Hellorc .
    i did try request unstuck, update, repair or anything but still can't log in only 1 main character.
