Problem with western union

Ok..It has been 25 hours now and I have not received my credits yet..Then a while ago western union called me up and told me to provide the receiver's:
1.) ID number
2.) Date of birth
3.) Complete name
they wont let my money through without these information.:sad:
so what do i do?? i rli need help right now? :sad:

wow 25 hours you must be suffering im still waiting 3 months going on 4 for my donation credits to show up xD

You didn't use any bank account or something.. uh?
You have the money directly to western union , and they asked you for some details that you don't know?
(So you kept your money?)
