Neglect of GMs to solve the problem with votes!

I'm really tired of voting in 12 in 12 hours to get credits and not get them right!
this happens constantly! I vote of 12 to 12 hours and almost always one of the time I vote I do not get paid .....
I'll stop voting .... ve never made it even
I am disappointed with this .....:crying:

 

GN none will come here to explain? my message will go unanswered ....

GMs cant really deal with this,they are Game Masters,they handle in-game stuffs,event,hackers,dupers and such

For this you'd need an answer from the admin

And i heard that clearing your cookies help,and also try another browser

 

ahh to be honest to the admins and some gm's here suck.. most of them shouldnt be Gm's ... neglecting players... My FCKING ACCOUNT GOT HACKED for like 4months ago, now.. i came on today to check..still no reply. shame on you admins

I ultilize Mozilla Firefox browser and I'm sure I'm voting using my name right and right server!
but I constantly have problems with my credits, I mean two ~ three times a week I do not get credit when I vote and I think it a farce

 

was pretty good I thought .... this one is more a matter ignored by GM! but its okay I'll stop voting the same.

 

I may not have been on this server for too long but i kind of agree. The gm/am's shouldnt have become gm/am's. I know that the gm/am's all have theyre own lives but when becoming such an important part of a game server like this you must put all your effort into the server. For example. In a fair sized server such as this there should Always be a Gm/Am/Admin online at all times. There should also be more than one person who can restart the server. Hours and hours of lag is just making people get pissed off and leave. The server is down every day with stupid lag. And half the time its down for 2-3 hours. This is unnacceptable. The only true time the server should go down is either for updates or to give the server machine time to cool down.
