    You have to get more ap, then the 1 star officar.

    so if the 1 star officar have for example 600k ap, you need to get 610k ap, and you will be Star 1 officar, and he will back Rank 1.

    IT DOESNT GO BY AP!!! it goes by rank!!! all the 1000 slots are taken u cant take a slot unless u have more ap then those 1000 people.

    The ranking system of NCSOFT has flaws...
    If we make an official tournament event I can make a much better ranking custom system
