i buy turqouise necklace 1000 credit then it says 5 minute will be added in my inventory

until now i didnt get the item ,,, i spent 1000 kredit and got nothing

i still have space in my inventory

can u give me back my item that i had bought

yes ,, i log out game when i buy the item .. it said 5 minute ....will be added in my inventory then i wait for 20 menit then loggin game

and result i dont get the abg necklace ... many elyos suggest me to find in history but i see nothing in my history ,, but the fact and prove

i vote hard for a month and get 1300 credit ...then bought abg necklace then lost 1000 credit to buy it ...and got nothing ....please GM help

if u did buy it it would show in your history... if your saying its not there then your lying.

In any case, if your purchase isn't in your history there is probably nothing they can do for you.

 

since there is no evidence how gm's should trust you? no history+no buy= lie
