Client Crash

    Hello all ;
    Every time a friend opens the game it crashes and closed though it was working yesterday :unsure:??!! and he took the game from me ??

    another Friend of mine gets This msg "a problem cased the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
    what to do in the the PC's

    The gamez launcher is considered as a trojan although it's not, so your anti virus program might be blocking it.
    Second, it might need an update.
    Third, the files might be corrupt so you should try repairing through the ncsoft launcher :)

    ok i gave him the game from my lap it works fine here but still crashes at his PC we have the same windows version and i removed user control :unsure:
