    Hi,
    I need buy Carved Red Master Fragment ,But I can't find the NPC on fortress to buy Them. They are removed from the fortress? Help pls;

    they r in the fortress only when the other race owns it apparently. they were removed for a long time and the entry gate was bugged so if u wanted to get in u had to blind leap past it as a sorc :p i heard they put them back but im not positive bout that
