This is how you treat your customers?

    Around the 14th of February, I purchased ABG chain boots from the item store. The credits were properly lost, though I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. I contacted multiple people (AM's, GM's even Lautaro.) Lautaro said he would get on this ASAP. He told me this on the 14th, but a week later he said he had sent the problem to the Aion Team. Then, Bryne said she did the same. I have yet to be contacted, but Lautaro said he only works for the MU Online, and it took him a week to tell me that AFTER leading me on with the message "I'll take a look into this and get back to you asap." No one has contacted me since and I still have not received my boots. And the icing on the crap cake is that the purchase does not show up on my history. (But I do have the donation confirmation e-mails that I could use to show I had x credits, y were deducted and I should in fact have the boots OR 2k more credits.) Is this how you treat paying customers? Disappointing...

    well they probably sent it to carl, he takes like 2+ weeks to respond :p

    as long as u have those emails or screenshots of places u donated from ull be fine

    tbh it happens so frequently u can look up how it generally goes around here just by looking at the forums for a bit, its sad but thats reality

    I lost an entire Masta Plate set and a NHDE GS over two weeks ago Twiddles and still no response from Carl, this is nothing new sorry to say.

    If you can manage to forget it [although not completely], it will be a rainbow if it suddenly arrives in your inventory one day.

    What happens if I happen to have a full inventory that day? And they don't tell me they are adding it?

    You don't need to be snooty. But when I ORIGINALLY purchased it my inventory had space, but now it doesn't and I have no idea when they will add it. Furthermore, I have no time to do so for another 9 hours. Hopefully they don't fox it before then. And why should I be CONSTANTLY expected to have a non-full inventory? I know it is helpful, but I had it when I first purchased it...

    Pretty simple. Keep your inventory clean. I know it is hard. Especially with all the foods, potions, kisks, etc. that most people keep in theyre inventory. But keep the last cube free just to be sure. Its what i told a friend a while ago when some of his items went missing.
