Can't log into my Char

Hi!

I cant login in my glad, when i login i see my skill bar. But i am still in the char selection.

Can any GM look for my char?

Character stucked at character selection screen

Hi all,

I have exactly the same problem with my character. When I launch the game, I have access to my character selection but when I click on my character, the game doesn't launch and nothing happens

Further explanations of the problem:
I was playing yesterday normally when my computer blue screened me and when I wanted to relog again, I had the "already logged in" message. After several attempts and a good night sleep, I still can't log in into my account I guess the game still thinks I'm logged in except I don't have the message anymore.

I would really appreciate if someone could resolve the problem as it is very frustrating

if you'r client is updated to verison 2.1.x.x, then send Unstuck request at the website on USER CP.

I can't log in with my primary character server:Siel char.name: Tholan i can log with my other two char but not with this one please chek and help me i can't play with other because everything is in this one

I use to have this problem. I'm not sure what causes it but I found that you have to ctrl+alt+del, go to task manager, click on processes tab, click on aion.bin press end process to close out of aion. Then you restart and relog. Most the time that fixed it for me. Some times I had to do it 3-4 times. Then I tried to update my client (aion folder) via ncsoft launcher. that didn't make it any better.
So I uninstalled aion all together and reinstalled (via ncsoft launcher) (let it fully finish downloading, installing, and updating to latest version) & rerun the crystal aion installer. Since then I've had no problem with getting this malfunction.

So if you just wanna try to get in game bad restart it 4-5 time (how ever many it takes)

If you want the problem fixed try uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh fully updated client via ncsoft launcher.

most likely your using an old client or item.pak

 

cant login my char Olesiq i can login my other chars in same acc but when i try to login whit Olesiq game get bugged and i need to restart

Not able to play with those two chars for weeks already....
