GM! please HELP! points is stolen!

GM! my points in aion is stolen! i have 2700 points but now i have 700 coz they stolen it that i didn't know who he is!

i just want to know who and what ip they pass it.... and i want to ban them!

my character name is Lounch west, elyos.......

and my second problem is when i change my password in gamezaion site i receive this error:

its okay if i dont get my credits back... the important is who the heck hack my credits and where he is playing.....

 

if you didn't buy the mastarius spear you'r self, then someone knows you'r account info bought it.
