To all [Siel] Staff members

First of all I just wanna say that I have the utmost respect for all of you. But lately my point of view has changed since my "problem" started.

I bought 1 item from the Valentine's Day Shop and since then my character has been bugged. All my items are there when I look at the website's user CP but when I look in-game my items are invisible. I have been waiting very patiently about my bugged character to get fixed and so far no action has been taken about this issue. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I'm getting very impatient since I can't play my main char anymore. I know there are a lot more people like me who have been waiting for this "fix" and to be quite honest it's just taking too long.

I have contacted almost every AM in the server and all they did was pass me around like I'm a note or something. "Oh that is not my area. You have to wait for ______. He/She will help you with that." is what I always get as a response. This is very frustrating and I don't wanna stress about it, but I just can't help it.

 

Thank you for your time in reading this little rant. Sorry if I had to post 2 parts since the forums won't let me post a long message. I would really appreciate it if you help me with this. Thank you and god bless.

I get a feeling that AM's here are more effective at communicating on the forum [HA not really] than being so in-game. Except darkness, he's the only AM I see in-game.

i talked to most of them in-game and most of them are always afk or they just ignored me or who knows what. the only ones who replied to me most of the time were tiamet and zodake. zodake was supposed to try and help me but he hasn't been on lately.

i hope this gets bumped enough to get a fix. i know it's not just me that's having this kind of problem, but i'm getting frustrated since i haven't played my main char for almost 2 weeks now.

 

Normal AMs don't have the power to help with items, only SAM and HGM do, but yes they are hardly ever on, but right about now Bryne and Fynie is on.

 

thank you for the information sir. would you mind forwarding this matter to them if it's not much of a bother? coz i really wanna play my main char now. i can't even craft coz my aethers kept disappearing. is there a way of deleting that bugged item from my inventory?

Is it possible to delete the item thats bugging the account and then return the credits lost for buying that valentine items? Actions pls....
