You cannot acess the game through this IP (22)

Today I tried to log into my account on GameZ, and I got this error message when I entered my ID and Password.
I never used any type of Hacker, much less someone stole,
If my account is Banned I wanted to know why the ban.

Well , you obviously got banned if you received this message .
I suggest you making a thread in "Ban Appeals" section including your account & your character name ~
In that way you will be told the reason at least , or if you're really innocent as you claim yourself to be , then you will get unbanned .

 

i dont think its a smart idea to tell people to post their account on the forums...i mean they can tell what account the char is on anyways, its just a security risk for them

btw its not necessarily ur account that got banned, it could be an IP ban (if ur in an internet cafe or use a proxy)

 

That is a necessary information for ban appeals ... so don't tell me what's a smart idea & what's not .

 

As the top friend i said it is risky to leave ID and nickname of char sample in the forum, but let where you said.
the only thing I did differently was put in the last days "item.pack"
in aion, since that server is a file released.

i cannot access my game account i didn't even hacked anyone, its not fair! im just 2 week newbie here.. help me admin to unbanned me.. i need your reply and support!

 

HI every one!!! When I entered the game this morning is said You cannot access the game through this ip, am I banned:sad::sad:? If so why I didn't hack I love this server.I reinstalled Aion but the same problem appears. Please help me!!!
