i have a problem with the ncsoft luncher

a error massage pops out as soon i open the luncher saying thisConfig file error. Duplicate entries found for an item with ID: Aion) then only mistake i did was that i installed the patch of gamezaion before installing the game it self and now i dont know how to unistall that patch since it doesnt have a unistalll anywhere ,how can i fix that problem, i have tried unistalling the game and erasing the folder of gamezaion and i havent go any results so right now i dont what to do lol

well if the ncsoft launcher is giving u this, u can try reinstall ur ncsoft launcher coz that might be the one causing it (since reinstalling the game didnt fix it)

u might also wanna get a registry cleaner coz it might have messed up there too

and yeah try reinstall ur gamez launcher on top of what u already have

 

but is there anyway that i could unistall the patch of gamezaoin cause i am shure that thats the problem cause i used a regestry cleanner and i dindnt work and i have reinstall the luncher 3 times already and its still do the same thing i am shure that the cause is the patch to use your servers and if i can remove that patch and then give a update to the luncher waaaallaaa my problem will be resolve

 

You can't uninstall the launcher, you can remove it. it's only 1 .exe remove it, and launcher removed. "Gamez Aion Launcher.exe'

 

i see i deleted that file once and it still said that there was an entry with the id aion thats what the luncher says

 

so, I found a solution to this problem.... i was having exact error so i went to C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\Config\Default\Extensions and delete a folder that has thaname "Aion ' something ' ", and then run again ncsof launcher... hope it helps
