    The only way to obtain them is from the credit shop. I'd avoid buying too many right now, though, since they'd been duped and are being slowly wiped.

    You can get L90's from Events, sometimes they may give out higher ones.

    You can try extracting level 55 items, but I strongly discourage you from doing that. I have a guide on enchantment stones :). Hopefully it will help. The link is in my signature!

    i know extracting about 60-70 stones but i needed 100 145 or 190 )
