GM Pls help me

Srry if i didnt put this in the right place but idk whats wrong so ill list my problems

#1: ive been voting every 12 or so hours for the last couple of weeks my account stays at 0 creds

#2: I used my debit card to add 4k Creds Aka $40 USD And i payed for em i got all the way thru the Social Gold Proc And i was done Yet my acc still has 0 creds and yes i have cookies enabled

#3 Heres where it gets really sad the Debit card bill shows the $40 Being taken out

So you can see why i am upset i am out $40 i am out 4k Creds wich i wanted to buy VIP with So i really have nothing to show for my money pls help me,

this has happened to me but after like a day it said it didnt take the money. and it didnt.

 

Well my credit card still has the money gone off of it i still am missing my creds i cant do anything about it?? eh gms been waiting for about a week for your help im very disapointed in this server i wanted to donate and buy some cool stuff but all that had happens is i got screwed out of my money Such a disapointment
