    Its been on over 10 days, ive sent carl multiple emails and still have not gotten my premium back.
    ive donated quite a bit over the year and i find it pretty messed up i cant get back something i paid for.....even with proof.

    Can a HGM or a admin or dev or someone that can contact carl directly PLEASE mention it to him >_>

    ill even put up my proof.

    I will send also - he needs all the help he can get here plus Carl needs minimum his account name thats why I asked him to pm it to me. :D


    I know thats tough to deal with b/c obtaining the titles does not show up in your history so I'm not sure how to prove this. My advice is to screenshot everything you get just to be on the safe side.
