Stuck? Need help GM Please look!

Hi,

My IGN is Onimushax and I am stil having the same problem! It freezes at the character select screen! I guess I got lucky yesterday or something I was able to login once only! Now it just keeps freezing. Please unstuck or fix my account.

u can try get an unstuck request on the main site in ur control panel

i dont think ive heard of a whole stuck account, usually its just 1 char or something. u might wanna consider repairing ur client

 

Send unstuck request at the website, in user cp if you didnt. and wait for server to reboot.

 

the sad thing is it rebooted few hours ago, might take a while be4 it does the next time

 

No, I am sure that my character Onimushax is stuck! Because I am able to get ingame with my other account with a chanter. Also my friend told me that my Onimushax character has been logged in since yesterday night so I think its bugged or stuck due to the server crash last night!

 

ah ok then, so yeah submit an unstuck request, it should be fixed automatically with the next server reboot

You must wait for server to reboot. to take effect.

 

as we said, its an automatic process, neither gm nor carl will do it for you. just wait till the next restart and play ur other char in the meantime ^^

I have to wait for a server restart? Really?? That is going to take forever can't anyone just reset my account?

 

they cant. in any case the server restarts every day or 2, so it shouldnt take that long

btw tousen, what do u think bout the idea of preemptive server reboots? fixes the delay issue and gets peoples chars unstuck more frequently + u dont need some1 to reboot the server manually all the time

 

Wow, what did I donate to this server for then? I donated so this server is up and running and has sustainability. And so far I have seen none, <grinding my teeth> I will not donate to server again, seems like nothing is working on this server correctly in the past couple of months!

 

helps to visit the forums before u decide to donate or ask in the chatbox, people can tell u what state the server is in

all has to do with the owner not wanting to spend a little of the donations money he gets to hire a proper dev so we get those..."lets see what happens" updates

in any case it doesnt crash as often as it used to right now

 

BTW the Onimusha account is my main and my only full stigma! My other ones are all trash I don't have anything on them and nor do I want to work and get all the stuff to play normally. And also I have donated to the server and got donated items which I prefer to use so I want to get my character unstuck as fast as possible! Make use of my donated items!

 

I didn't donate at this very moment I have donated in the past and a couple a month ago....I have been playing gamez for a longtime its just that recently it seems that carl dosen't give a **** about helping his donators or anything thats all.

 

It will be restarted, soon when it crashs or there is lag spike/Update. so be patient.
