Can't Play

Hi, I tryed to send this mail to the address of the admin but i dunno if the e-mail address was right... So i waited a day and i'm posting here. I copy the mail

My account name is Shadow0045 and my main character name is Creenshaw. I play(ed) in Lumiel server with a templar. Today (i don't remember the right time) my character crash in game... So i opened the task manager and i blocked manually aion.exe to close the game more faster... I tried to log in with my account, i went in pg selector... I selected creenshaw and the game blocked itself. So i closed it with task manager (no other possibility to close the game) and i retried to log in, but the same, i clicked on pg and the game blocked itself. Now I log in the site and i try to check the character and it seems like it is online. So i can't play with it cause he's "online" and the character selector get blocked when i select Creenshaw. Can u help me? I also tried the option in site "unstuck request" but nothing change...

Actually there is a "new info". I've tryed to create a other char and i played with it without problems for some time... But also this character crashed and i can't ever log it too. (Character name: Deathbreaker)

well you need to wait untill the server reboot, in order for the unstuck request take effect, and im not sure if this because you'r characters getting stucked or not, so i'd prefer wait for server to reboot, if that didnt work try reinstall you'r client or repairing it.

 

Ok I have reistalled the game and like this evening all works... The problem is that every time that my connection crash the server don't disconnect my character, so i can't play until the server reboot again... It's so bad... Any idea for what can i do?

 

Best thing to do is waiting it out.

 

The problem is that it don't get out... Usually the server disconnect it automatically after some time... But now it never do it The crash before this i had to wait 2 days for play again...
