You gain them from different quests. I'm not positive that the quests are available.

If you need to know where to gain certain items/gear/weapons you can always go to aion database type in what your looking for and it should tell you where you get it and about it.

This is a link to all the fenris gear/weapons.
Go there click on the quest for the item you want and it will tell you which npc to talk to to get the quest.
Needless to say if you go to that npc and can not get the quest (and you are at the correct level/fulfill the requirements of that quest) Then the quest does not work and can not be completed at this time.

dont bother, u can only get the first 2 parts, the 3rd is bugged already ^^

since the 22% running speed comes only as a set bonus, its not worth getting it coz ull be too slow
