Unhappy with attitude of GM

It's getting unbearable to play this server SIEL:annoyed:! hide the abuse of this common and has not yet been repaired! Until when will this nonsense ....? The GM can not see it or pretend that it is the problem?!
I'm tired of dying for this bug killer who uses!

Even now he was hunting over a 20 Elyos and one unleavened bugged me killed!
I could not take screen but his name is: Sexxigottic¨s

does any GM willing to work to improve the server could verify this player?:wink:

fixing bugs is up to devs, but if u have any questions, or unsolved problems we are here to give u a hand.

 

Thats not the problem..the problem about GM here is when you need there help they wont reply to you when you whisper them...example f that Gm is Trustfire and Drios..this Gm wont reply even if you lost item due to some dupper and when you relog the item is gone..you wanna ask them about some help and even a sigle reply they will just ignore you...WTF are the GM's here for anyway.?

How many players in this server anyway, from thousands of players, may be you are one of some whispers that AM couldnt reply at that time, I m not an azzlicker but I used to be a GM in a ps and you have no idea what will you do when you get thousands unpatient whispers in a sec. I m online everyday and I saw trust, belicari, and drios always active everyday, they host many events everyday and i believe they answered and solved many many whispers. and you ll never find a thread in forum from players saying that their whispers answered.
Learn how to make proofs and post your problems in forum, and you need to know that AMs have capability and incapability, you cant push an AM trainee to solve your problem about refund loosing items or fixing bugs, all they can do is forwarding it.

u accepted to be a gm so u must do ur job, bcoz being a GM is serious not fAME!

 

the fact is that we got forumgms,the ingame doesnt help or take real time actions,always wait from us proofs,even if we tell em for persons that the same time use bugs or anythink illegal they dont even try to watch or take proofs...and if we take ss or vids the most times are not good enough or nothink seems clearly or they got lag........

 

• GMs don't do fixes, only developers do.
• AMs can't do anything about missing items or credit issues - only SAM/HGM will handle them (besides Carl).
• To screenshot a player using the hide bug, hit "Printscreen" as soon as the person hits you, since they won't be autotargeted and also won't appear on your minimap.
• GMs don't always respond to whispers or respond right away since we're almost always being spammed or are busy doing other work. We don't ignore whispers, but we miss them every now and then.

 

Take a ss of the combat log or they cant identify the abuser.
