Problem in gamez laucher

    Hello,
    I am currently a member in gamez aion
    My character name is amazonliz (Elyos) in East server
    i have a problem with the gamez laucher.
    It keep saying unknow host and the laucher automatcally closes itself.
    Is it server not up or it is just me?
    Please help me and reply me back

    It happened to me too today... Instead of showing the servers offline (they're down atm) it just crashed, like it does when I'm not connected to the internet.

    So there's a NEW launcher? I thought mine was up to date o.o

    I compressed it to a ZIP and removed the blank spaces, for those of you having problems with the download.

    I have BullGuard antivirus. If you dont know it, its one of the best subscription antivirus out there, and the file is clear for me.

    Maybe some crappy soft report a virus inside, but try with a decent one :p

    Ive got norton 360 which is good but its horrible also :D

    i get no virus, try disabling your antivirus or excluding it from the scan.

    lol >.> ur missing the point :p i dont need it lol, im fine with the old launcher

    just saying that 6 different antivirus programs have issues with it and the old one was completely fine (and there is no real difference in terms of functionality) so...why not just leave the old 1 there?

    kinda dumb if u ask me

    Im using Avast! ... I love it. And it's detected Malware.. "Win32:Malware-gen" its what is label's it as. But I highly doubt Carl would post a link with a virus, So im guessing my virus scanner is being dumb.

    in any case, why replace the launcher with a new one that causes problems with peoples antivirus programs and is identical to the old one?

    @Asanka didnt say its a threat :p i did say its an annoyance and many people dont know how to deal with it.

    a friends antivirus just shoved it into quarantine and he couldnt run the game lol
