my items are gone!!!

hello id like to report my stuffs that was lost after putting it in my warehouse...
yesterday i traded my +15MCD GS w/2%paralyze for a +15MCK bow w/10%blind remo to sema.
Now i was about to use it but I was surprised to find out that my item was missing. it happened to me before with my gold medals. a friend of mine gave me 250 pcs of gold medal. i transfered it to my toon w/ enough ap to get eat stuffs. after putting it to my account warehouse i logged in the toon with ap to get the stuffs but was surprised also that the medals were gone.

i reviewed my chat log yesterday and here is a proof that i got a +15MCK bow w/10%blind and sema remo for my +15MCD GS w/2%paralyze:

about the gold medal it got wipeout because of the dupe and about your mck remo to sema hhmmm i heard a rumor theres a dupe of skin of stormwing and sema i guess u got the dupe one its jst a guess im not user

 

so does it mean i wont get my items back? couldnt they just wipe out the skin and not the entire item? tnx for your reply btw!

 

i can make chat.log too, and take ss of my taha bow, and says my stormwing bow remodel dissappeared.

 

its not the taha. i was showing my inventory and the gears that was equipped on my toon. i put the mck bow on my warehouse yesterday coz im not yet 55. its an mck bow remo to sema bow. i was about to fuse it now with my abg bow when i suddenly found out it was missing when i logged in today. in my chatlog im showing there that i got my mck bow from kazkage in exchange for my mcd gs

 

i still havent got my item back =D hopefully a gm would work on this.

 

Haha they will ^^ but it will take time o.o like with my credits =.= took 4-5 days waiting but i got it already =D

 

=p i can wait as long as its never coz i hate to craft all over again

 

I'll give you a tip.. If you have a deal with other ppl before you accept the item tell him that relog his/her character before you trade. If he/she have a dupe items, So you will be able to know if his item was gone, it means she/he has the dupe item.
