Missing Gear

Well after the what felt like 20 hours of the servers being down i donated and got some elite Elite Archon gear i got a necklace 2 earings shoulders and chest. Well the acc showed up but the shoulders and chest didnt. I searched my inv as well as my warehouse.... nothing. credit history shows I bought them. but nothing. heres a screenie of my inv to show.
