    Gms, I don't intend to multipost / duplicate our thread that have the same issue. All we desire is to be heard and at least given an answer regarding with our appeal.

    In behalf of my legionmate, my cousin, we are desperately asking you to help us get back my cousin's items that was taken from her last February 28, 2011.

    It was that day when one of our legion-mate, Chixmagnet, deceived Zannova to take her items and scam her. Showing a good relationship in-game with Zannova, Chixmagnet used this as his way of scamming. That when he got the trust of Zannova, he decieved her and took that chance to scam her. Chixmagnet even told us that he has a GM friend though he did not give us any name but he did tell us that, reason that made us believe him more.

    I personally believe that this is still way of scamming by not returning back the items, and never came online. We never saw him online anymore after he got those items.

    AMS / GMS, I hope you understand that those items are from the fruit of hardships of Zannova in-game. Please consider our appeal and make investigation.

    As I reviewed the Rules of Posting a Report, it is said there that we must have proof to present in order not to be ignored. Please GMs, please consider the fact that we cannot provide screenies at the time of TRADE because ZANNOVA did not know that he will be scammed by Chixmagnet and as I have said, Zannova and Chixmagnet had good friendship in-game and we never thought that he will do such.

    All we can provide is ourselves. I am a witness, because Zannova and I, play in one shop and our station is just next to each other. So i know all their transactions as Zannova also always to consult me. Our legionmates especially our Brigade Commander is also a witness of good friendship that Zannova and Chixmagnet had and aware that of their businesses.

    We are requesting for investigation of this issue, AMs/GMs. Please share us your time to finish this issue and we will appreciate it much.

    You can also check their logs at that specific time. And see the items that has been traded to Chixmagnet. You can do that, right?

    In addition AMs/GMs, since Chixmagnet didnt come online for 5 days now, we researched to our best to find him. That maybe he is using another char.

    According to source info, the owner of Chixmagnet deleted his character (that is Chixmagnet) but of course, this is not yet confirm unless you're gonna check it for us. Please check this character if it is deleted or not. If it's deleted, meaning, it's nearly mean of being guilty. Why would he delete his account? Is he guilty? Please help us with this GMs.

    Moreover, we found out that Amethea, our another legion-mate is his character also. This has confirmed by his shopmates that we met in-game and facebook.

    Amethea went online right after Chixmagnet scammed the items and finally logged out.
    Amethea was the one I saw wearing the BEACH HAT and SEXY SWIM SUIT. I added this because, I remember that Zannova traded her Beach Hat and Sexy Swim Suit (exactly the same color) to Chixmagnet that has not yet and never returned to Zannova also. Amethea, was also discouraging us not to report because he said it's useless, because we dont have screenies. And he even laughed at us (which i admit, its nerving me)

    As Zannova chatted with Chixmagnet's shopmates, they told Zannova that Chixmagnet is not playing in Asmodian anymore. On how true? they gave us a name in Elyos side, Lhuveux, a sorcerer. This is confirmed by his shopmates. By the way, his shopmates CONFIRMED that Chixmagnet got Zannova's items.

    Well, the only one who can confirmed this if they are in one account will be you, AMs / GMs.

    AMs/ GMs, especially to Fynie, please consider our appeal. Please give us your time and help us to get Zannova's items.

    And please, I am requesting for investigation of this issue. Ask us, investigate us and we are willing to answer all your questions regarding this issue. This is to be proven that we are telling the truth, that we don't make story.

    And please, confirm with us if this CHARACTER NAMES below have the same IP address:

    Chixmagnet
    Fumei / Fumie - Chixmagnet's Assassin Asmodian character
    Amethea - Chixmagnet's Chanter Asmodian character
    Lhuveux - Chixmagnet's Sorcerer - Elyos character

    Upak - Chixmagnet's shopmate
    Mawlight - Chixmagnet's shopmate
    Unstucked
    - Chixmagnet's shopmate

    If they do have the same IP address, then that means that his shopmates are telling the truth. That his shopmates were aware that Chixmagnet got Zannova's items
    .

    If Chixmagnet and Lhuveux are in one account and have the same IP, please investigate him. Because, I dont think if you can catch his Chixmagnet, its OFFLINE everyday.

    PLEASE, we demand for investigations. And we seek for HELP from you GMs. Please help us. Don't let us down.

    We believe, on behalf of Zannova, that she was scammed by Chixmagnet. Please consider our complaint.

    I am really sorry for whats happened here.

    The GM's or AM's don't do this tipe of investigation. Its not their business. (except the situations when the victim its a close friend)

    I kinda understand them. It not their fault that players scam or get scammed. And not only here, its like this in every game.

    I hope you will pass through this incident and go on.

    Nope. Being this is a private server, its doesn't log everything like retail servers do. So it required you take screenshots for every trade you do. Friend, legion, etc.

    After reading these, it's frustrating us a lot.
    That only means, nobody can help us? =(


    Even investigation, the GM can't do that? =(

    Definitely, it's not their fault. But the GMs are the one who help us in this kinds of situation. If we haven't provided any screenshots, then at least consider our appeal by investigating. Because we believe and trust with them.

    If the GMs can't help us, who else can help us? Nobody, right? Only GMs.

    Chixmagnet is a scammer and that has been confirmed by his shopmates. Aren't they enough?

    Oh please, help us.
