    Says I need a noble durable truth orb, I finally crafted one yet it wont let me turn it in?

    Attached is a screenshot showing I have the orb as needed, and it wont work.

    Its not, it says I'm not proficient enough to get to 400, meaning I have to do the quests.

    Do the quest and it dont work =O

    Crafted it. Takes alot of materials to do though, and time.
