Lost wings

hi all.
Some days ago i have lost my Black Cloud Wing Feather. i equip them and 5 days later i lost them. I mean somebody stole them but i dont know how because i didn´t give anybody acces to my account(NOBODY). How can i get them back?Can GM equip them for me IN-GAME?Need i screenshot with my character to equip or transaction when i buy them?THX A LOT

 

sometimes u lose items with server crashes as well

post a screenshot of ur purchase history and yeah, preferably a screenshot of u having them ingame if u have one, would help a lot

 

where can i find purchase history please?i am in CP in web

 

another kid drop his toy on the riverT_T bump kid.............

 

go to the items purchase section and pick ur server and character, then at the top ull see a history button
