    Don't call him/her a drama queen, I understand how he/she feels. It's frustrating, I lost my ABG Chain set + Mace recently and other items before and every time I've been bothered with "proof." Yeah ok, one could give proof but it's not always the case...what proof can you have if you log in, play for 1 hour and then the server crashes, next time you log in the items you donated for are gone. What proof can you have?...Be honest and tell the truth...what proof could you possible have for loosing those items. Then you come along for help and it's rejected because you lack "proof" of this happening to you. It's not always the player's faults and actions that lead to this therefore Carl should be more opened minded and support those who've known how to support him. At least somehow keep a records, am sure the game does.

    P.S. Sorry for your troubles NoNaYo, I hope you have them solved.

    Exactly, so what...? Players are going to have to be taking pictures/videos of all their items and such every 5 minutes while they play...?
    If so, will Gamez provide hard drives for storage?

    But in this case it's not the server's fault. He got duped, and if he lost his items because of that and he couldn't prove it, it's game over.
