Legion and craft troubles

1) i cant open legion tab, dont know why. npc not react

2) i cant promote legion to higher level

3) lvling craft without problems, but everytime when i start craft Expert Drenium Helm in Armorsmithing, it stuck my character. i can write to channels, i can listen ingame music and can watch other guys moving, but my character cannot move, cannot jump, cannot stop craft etc. i cant interupt craft, but craft not start
working just one - alt+ctr+del, aion quit by operating system and then restart client.

there is no GM responding? i still don´t know what happend with legion.

 

Its 2 weeks ago and GM still not responding. My friend cant craft helm too, and i still cant promote legion.

and i found bug in quest A Missing Father in step 5, i cant loot the vial on bridge. I tryed it loot about 5 times, with restart client, reinstalling all aion and another guy loot it after my tryes. So it must be account bug, not quest bug.

so can i craft items on this server or its bugged? i dont want gather 350 000 ore for nothing, can someone tell me why i cant craft Expert Drenium Helm ?
ppls are trading crafted items on .asmo chat and i really dont know whats going on.
