    She is on Crystal Aion not gamez so downloading that wouldn't help her at all. Was this happening like 2 days ago? also is it working ok now? If so it could of been do to the update no one was able to connect at that time.

    it happened after the new update recently..i could temporary stop this by reinstalling crystal aion client..but the problem persist at random times
