Really? no flying in beluslan ?!

been awhile since I played in this server. Finally arriving in beluslan expecting a nice flying easy travel, i get no fly? Seriously? Why do that. I get you're trying to encourage ground pvp, but man, beluslan of all places come on guys! Have an event for that or at least do that on a smaller map . Now i gata WALK back for some damn arrows. outy:

Now is it me or is no fly in beluslan a pretty bad idea?

 

so used to it now so its fine. also makes for some nice ground pvp.

but most things u can u by flight tp.

 

actually its a great map for glide pvp xD too bad its not as common as on retail, i rally love doing it lolz

well its simply coz we know what it was like when flying was actually enabled. the whole main town was camped by elyos (there were more of them back then, lot more) so u couldnt even get inside the map. then they would randomly pwn u from above by the dp entrance etc

its much better now since u can actually see them coming and react to it

i thought it was more fun. The surprise attacks from above would force your legion or party to get tactical and defend yourselves by surrounding them and then camping at their kisk. I remember the days (DTK oldie)

yes well it doesnt work like that

DP entrance = people look for dp parties or duel away (mostly duel lately, find it funny that people camp at dp entrance without the intention to actually do dp)

they dont really wanna get pwned by a swarm of elyos when they r dueling lol. besides, its better this way, at least u dont get speed hackers there abusing flight speed to kill everybody

 

Just because a few are lazy doesn't mean the whole asmo/ely side have to pay for it.

 

When doing quest it takes 10x longer to complete it because your running from point A to point B all of the time. Imagen that, back and forth constantly on foot just to make it to lvl 55. crap you died, welp, gata run back to quest spot. It's hell. I have wings yet I cant use them. Here's another one. Getting double teamed by elyos, party is too far to help, you die, cant make it back to get revenge. Flight fighting takes more skill. Why limit our travel and fighting? it's more tactical in air. Besides, when there where swarms of elyos, that provoked us to group up and fight back.

 

being lazy has nothing to do with it. It takes the fun out of the game a bit. I enjoyed flight fighting in beluslan because it was fun. Now their's more dueling each other than fighting elyos in beluslan.

 

if u want flight pvp, goto core, thats where every1 else does it

 

Want flight fighting? Go to the abyss or some spots in Inggi and Gelk.

Want to reach 55? Do gold quests. I did 2 gold quests in Belu and the rest on mobs other gold quests in other areas so don't come here and say that you walk back and forth 11 times. There is acctualy a smaller chance to die with no flight than with flight.

LOL! try doing "an undead occupation" then tell me to do gold quest again. beluslan was one of my favorite places to flight fight. And why flight fight in the same map all of the time. Don't you get tired of fighting in core?

Hmm.... flying, no monsters to attack you in mid air... hmm.. walking, agroing monsters like a champion having them slow you down from achieving your goal. Face it. No flight = time killer. big time.

 

Dude, use your skills where you go + you got the flight transporter. Even if it's out in nowhere, use your characters skills to avoid the mobs and walk smart.
